Upon arrival, we will be greeted by our local partner, who will take us to the hotel in Casablanca for check-in.

In the afternoon, we will enjoy a city tour of Casablanca. As Morocco’s bustling economic center, Casablanca offers a delightful blend of modernity and tradition. We will visit the remarkable Hassan II Mosque, the city’s iconic landmark and the third-largest mosque in the world. Its 210-meter-high minaret towers over the city, and it is renowned for its stunning architecture, intricate tilework, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean (entrance fee of €13 to be paid on site). We will explore the heart of the city at Mohammed V Square, surrounded by impressive Art Deco buildings and the charming Arab League Park—an ideal spot for a relaxing break amidst nature. For a historical perspective, we’ll visit the Sacré Coeur Cathedral, a fascinating example of Neo-Gothic architecture with Art Deco and Moroccan influences, built in 1930 during the French colonial era. In the New Medina, we’ll experience local culture in a traditional neighborhood filled with winding alleys, lively souks, and quirky shops offering handcrafted goods, spices, and textiles.

For the next day, we suggest an optional visit to the Ouled Thaleb Winery. We will explore Domaine des Ouled Thaleb, the oldest winery in Morocco, established in 1923 near Casablanca. Spanning 400 hectares, the vineyard benefits from the region’s coastal climate to produce high-quality wines. It cultivates indigenous varieties like Faranah, as well as international grapes such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Known for its commitment to sustainable practices, Domaine des Ouled Thaleb employs organic farming techniques. You'll enjoy a guided tour of the scenic vineyards, learn about the winemaking process, and indulge in tastings of their acclaimed wines that reflect Morocco’s unique terroir and rich winemaking heritage.

In the afternoon, we will visit La Corniche, Casablanca’s vibrant seafront promenade, where we’ll enjoy a leisurely stroll, ocean views, and the lively atmosphere filled with cafés, restaurants, and beach clubs.

We will be transferred to Rabat, to the hotel where we will check in. Upon arrival in Morocco’s capital, we will embark on a city tour. Rabat, the political capital of Morocco and a royal residence, is located on the Atlantic coast at the mouth of the Bou Regreg River. We will enter the city through a gate adorned with five monumental arches, garlands, and floral arabesques, and begin our panoramic city tour. Highlights include the Mechouar Fortress, which houses the Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower—one of the city's iconic landmarks, built during the reign of the Almohad king in the 12th century—, the Kasbah of the Udayas, and the Mausoleum, a stunning white marble structure where the tombs of Kings Mohammed V and Hassan II are located.

We will travel to Chefchaouen, covering a distance of approximately 250 km. Upon arrival, we will have the afternoon free.

The following day, we will explore the city. The tour begins in the medina, a labyrinth of cobbled streets lined with traditional houses painted in various shades of blue. This creates a soothing and enchanting atmosphere, perfect for leisurely walks. Artisanal shops offer handmade rugs, traditional clothing, and hand-painted ceramics. Wandering through the medina provides a wonderful opportunity for unique photography, capturing architectural details and the striking contrasts between blue walls, flowers, and colorful doors.

The social and cultural heart of the city is Uta el Hammam Square, where tourists and locals gather. The square is dominated by the imposing Kasbah, a 15th-century fortress featuring peaceful gardens and a historical museum. The surrounding cafés and restaurants offer beautiful views and traditional dishes such as tajine and mint tea. From here, the surrounding mountain scenery adds to the town’s undeniable charm.

Today we will travel to Fes. After check-in, we will begin our city tour. The spiritual heart of Morocco, Fes is the jewel of the Arab world, considered the oldest and most traditional city in the Islamic world. It is home to some of the world’s oldest universities, including Al-Karaouine University, founded in 859—the oldest Arab university in the world and the most important institution of Islamic higher education. This is why Fes became the city of philosophers, theologians, and the center of Andalusian arts. We will discover that the city is divided into three parts: the new city, built in 1912 during the French colonial period; the medieval city, built during the Merinid dynasty in the 13th century; and the old city, formerly known as Fez el Bali, built under the Idrisid dynasty and founded in the year 809. We will visit the Attarine Madrasa, a beautiful Islamic school dating from the 14th century, and the Bou Inania Madrasa, a fine example of Islamic architectural art. We will explore the workshops of craftsmen, artists, and tanners, as well as the Quranic School, the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque—one of the oldest Islamic universities, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, and the Nejjarine Souk, a famous market where we’ll also see the Nejjarine Fountain. We'll also visit the Mellah, the Jewish quarter. We will admire the exterior of the Royal Palace, famous for its Arabic and Moorish architecture. As one of the current King of Morocco’s residences, access inside is not permitted.

Today we will visit Meknes, an imperial capital of the Maghreb, where we will fully experience the grandeur that surrounded the rulers of the Alaouite dynasty. This dynasty reached its peak during the reign of Sultan Moulay Ismail, a contemporary of France’s Louis XIV. The sultan aimed to transform the city into a royal capital, ordering the construction of numerous palaces, mosques, reservoirs, and gardens—many of which, unfortunately, were never completed. During our city tour, we will admire Bab Mansour, the grand gate adorned with intricate zellij tilework, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the resting place of the city's founder showcasing refined Moroccan architecture, the lively El Hedim Square, and the old medina, filled with traditional markets and crafts.

Before returning to Fes, we will visit the archaeological site of Volubilis. Dating back to the 3rd century BCE, it was an important center in the Roman province of Mauretania Tingitana. The well-preserved ruins reveal structures such as the Triumphal Arch of Caracalla, the basilica, the forum, and homes with detailed mosaics that illustrate daily Roman life. Perched on a hilltop, Volubilis offers stunning views of the surrounding fertile plains. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the site reflects a blend of Roman, Berber, and Christian influences.

We will return to Fez.

We will travel to Marrakech, covering a distance of approximately 550 km (5.5 hours). Upon arrival, we will check in at the hotel and have dinner.

The next day, we will take a city tour of the place nicknamed the "Red City." Located at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, Marrakech offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity. The tour begins in the heart of the city, in the medina, a labyrinth of ancient narrow streets. The souks (markets) are lively, with stalls selling carpets, spices, argan oil, ceramics, and traditional jewelry. Every corner reveals a charming spot where artisans display their crafts. The central Jemaa el-Fnaa square is the soul of the city. During the day, the square is animated by street vendors, fortune tellers, and musicians. As evening falls, it becomes a stage for performances — dancers, storytellers, and food stalls offering delicious dishes such as tajine and kebabs. Next, we will visit the Bahia Palace, a 19th-century architectural gem with impressive courtyards and gardens. Nearby, the El Badi Palace showcases its grand ruins, a testament to former glory. The Majorelle Gardens, a peaceful retreat with lush vegetation and vibrant blue accents, complete the visual experience. The Koutoubia Mosque, with its imposing minaret, is a symbol of the city. Although access inside is reserved for Muslims, its exterior impresses with its proportions and architectural details.

For the next day, we offer an optional excursion to Essaouira. Essaouira, the “City of Winds” on the Atlantic coast, is a charming destination known for its relaxed atmosphere, rich history, and picturesque landscapes. We will visit the medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with narrow streets, craft shops, and white buildings with blue accents. Here, we will discover marquetry workshops where thuja wood is transformed into unique decorative objects. A central point of the city is the Sqala de la Ville, a bastion with old cannons offering spectacular views of the ocean. Walking along the fortified walls is an experience that blends history with natural beauty. Nearby is the traditional port, a picturesque place where fishermen bring their daily catch, and visitors can enjoy fresh seafood. Essaouira’s beach is ideal for relaxation or water sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing, thanks to the constant winds. Moulay Hassan Square is the perfect spot to enjoy a mint tea or listen to Gnawa music.
