Conditions for Group Formation

MINIMUM GROUP SIZE: 25 PEOPLE. For a group of 20-24 people, an additional charge of 25 €/person will apply. For a group smaller than 20 people, the price will be recalculated, or the trip will be rescheduled. The price recalculation will be done no later than 21 days before departure. Also, in the case of a smaller group, the agency reserves the right to change the airline or hotels, while maintaining the standards and informing the registered tourists in advance. Additional confirmed places beyond the maximum reserved group may have a higher rate (depending on the availability of flights and accommodation) and will be subject to different cancellation rules.

Useful Information for Traveling in Portugal

Portugal is located in the southwestern part of Europe, on the Iberian Peninsula, and is part of the European Union.
The climate is pleasant, Mediterranean, with hot and dry summers and rainy winters in the northern part, influenced by the ocean.
Portuguese cuisine is based on olive oil and eggs. The most beloved dishes are made from fish, with the main dish being tuna-based – Bacalhau. Delicious sweets are made with egg and vanilla cream, and countless pastries with candied exotic fruits. All are accompanied by the fortified wines of Porto and Madeira, as well as dry wines (Vinho Verde).
You can use both cash in euros and card payments for purchases.
Optional excursions are paid in cash.
It is advisable to bring sun hats, sunglasses, and light, closed footwear. It is recommended to buy bottled water and avoid drinking tap water.

Transportation

ATTENTION! Flight tickets are non-refundable and do not allow changes after they have been issued.

In the case of service packages that include air travel (regular flight or charter), the organizing travel agency is not responsible for any changes in the departure or arrival times. If the carrier is at fault for these delays, they will provide assistance to the passengers in accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004 of the European Parliament. The first and last day of the trip are dedicated to traveling to/from the destination.

The departure and arrival times are informative and may be changed by the carrier with prior notice. The organizing agency cannot be held responsible for any changes.

Seating in the minibus/coach at the destination is done by the group leader, based on the enrollment order, starting with the second row of seats in the middle of the vehicle. For passenger safety during the trip, the first row of seats is reserved for the group leader and the local guide.

IMPORTANT! During the bus transport, wearing a seatbelt is mandatory.

General Information About Travel Documents

Romanian citizens can travel to Portugal without an entry visa.
To enter Portugal, the validity of the identity card or passport must be at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the country.
Make sure you have valid identification documents for the entire family or group of friends! According to current legislation, infants and children up to 14 years old can only travel with a PASSPORT!!!
Newly married individuals – travel documents should not be those that were canceled due to the civil marriage!
Diplomatic/service passports – tourists need to obtain the necessary travel visa personally from the Embassy in Bucharest!
Foreign citizens should inquire personally at the embassy in Bucharest about the specific procedures for each nationality. We offer support for details.
Minors traveling without parents must have a set of documents to cross the border:
a. If the minor is traveling with one parent, they must present at the border the notarized consent of the parent who is not traveling.
b. If the minor is traveling with one parent and the other parent is deceased, the death certificate must be presented at the border authorities.
c. If the minor is traveling with one parent and the parents are divorced, they must present at the border the notarized consent of the second parent. Or, if the divorce is finalized, proof documents such as the final court decision for custody and a copy of the divorce certificate.
d. If the minor is traveling without either parent, the adult accompanying them must present the notarized consent of both parents and a criminal record certificate.

The organizing travel agency is not responsible for the decision of the border authorities to prevent the tourist from leaving Romania or entering the country of the destination, even if they possess all the necessary travel documents.

Lisbon - Costa da Caparica

Day 2: Lisbon / Costa da Caparica – Panoramic City Tour and Optional Afternoon Tour of New Lisbon

Breakfast. We depart directly for the panoramic city tour of Lisbon (approx. 4 hours) with a Romanian-speaking tour guide. The panoramic tour includes a visit to the Belem Quarter, featuring the most beautiful historical monuments from the 15th-16th centuries, with a brief stop at the Belem Tower – a UNESCO heritage site – and the Jeronimos Monastery, a masterpiece of the "Manueline" style. A short break is included for a coffee "uma bica" and a traditional Portuguese "pastel de nata" (custard tart), after which we reach the central area, where the tour is on foot, including a visit to the Church of Saint Anthony of Lisbon, the same Saint Anthony of Padua. The route includes the most important squares in the city: Praca Rossio, Praca Restauradores, Praca do Comercio. After the tour ends, you can optionally continue with a minimal additional cost to visit the new part of Lisbon, the area built for the 1998 World Expo. Here you can admire the Oriente Station, Vasco da Gama Mall, the Oceanarium (entrance not included), and the Vasco da Gama Bridge.
